  • Full-time Job Overview Join our dynamic Tree Crew team and become a vital part of maintaining and enhancing urban and rural landscapes!
As a Tree Crew member, you will be actively involved in tree care, trimming, planting, and landscape maintenance projects. This role offers an energetic environment where you can develop your skills in horticulture, tree care, and equipment operation while contributing to the health and beauty of our communities. Whether working on residential properties, parks, or commercial sites, your efforts will help create safer, greener spaces for everyone to enjoy. Duties Safely operate bucket trucks and other tree care equipment to access high branches and perform pruning or removal tasks Use rigging techniques to carefully lower large limbs or trees during trimming or removal projects Assist with landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, planting, mulching, and general landscaping tasks Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and enhance aesthetic appeal Support growing experience in horticulture by learning about plant health, soil management, and species-specific care Maintain safety standards by inspecting equipment, setting up work zones, and following all safety protocols Qualifications Prior experience or strong interest in tree care, landscaping, or horticulture is highly desirable Ability to operate bucket trucks, bucket lifts, and other landscaping machinery safely and effectively Knowledge of rigging techniques for lifting and lowering heavy limbs or trees Basic understanding of lawn care, landscape maintenance, and general gardening practices Strong physical stamina with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Join us if you're eager to grow your skills in tree care and landscaping while making a positive impact on our environment!
