Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Tree Service Worker and play a vital role in maintaining healthy, beautiful landscapes. In this energetic position, you'll be actively involved in tree care, trimming, and landscape maintenance projects that enhance community environments. Your work will directly contribute to safer, more attractive outdoor spaces while gaining valuable experience in horticulture and land management. We prioritize paid positions that foster growth and skill development for all team members. Responsibilities Operate bucket trucks, Spider lift and other equipment safely to access trees for trimming, pruning, and removal Experience operating a Crane is a plus Use rigging techniques to safely lower branches and tree sections during pruning or removal processes Conduct tree care activities including trimming, shaping, and health assessments to promote growth and safety Assist with lawn care, landscape maintenance, and general landscaping tasks to support overall site aesthetics Apply GIS (Geographic Information Systems) tools for mapping and planning tree planting or removal projects Support growing experience in horticulture by learning about plant health, soil conditions, and sustainable practices Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency during operations Skills Proficiency in rigging techniques for safe tree work operations Experience with bucket operation and bucket truck handling for elevated tasks Knowledge of tree care practices, including trimming, pruning, and health assessment Familiarity with GIS technology for landscape planning and project mapping Ability to perform lawn care, landscape maintenance, and general landscaping duties effectively Growing experience in horticulture or related fields to support plant health initiatives Strong understanding of safety procedures related to tree work and equipment use Join us to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment where safety, teamwork, and environmental stewardship are at the forefront.
