Duties Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and trimming trees to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as excavators and irrigation systems safely and effectively Support planting projects by preparing soil, planting shrubs, flowers, and trees with precision and care Conduct routine landscape upkeep including lawn care, gardening, irrigation system checks, and general site cleanup Collaborate with team members on construction projects to ensure timely completion while maintaining safety standards Skills Strong mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools Experience with lawn care, gardening, and landscape maintenance techniques Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant care best practices Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and larger machinery such as excavators confidently Familiarity with tree care practices including trimming, pruning, and health assessment Understanding of irrigation systems.
