All work is performed exclusively by ISA Certified Arborists , ensuring the highest level of safety, skill, and environmental care. Position Summary We are hiring an experienced Lead Climber, Second Climber, Certified Arborist, Climbing Arborist, or Tree Climber to join our pruning crew. This is an opportunity to work year-round on high-quality residential and urban trees — with no cleanup duties or side tasks.

Crew Focus:

80% pruning / 20% small removals You'll perform: Fine pruning and structural pruning Crown thinning , reduction , and clearance pruning Small-scale removals where necessary If you're a detail-oriented Tree Pruner who loves pruning all types of trees and wants to be surrounded by a motivated, professional crew — this is for you.
