Estimator & Landscape Solutions Specialist Noosh Stump Removal and Landscape Restoration Salem, OR Job Details Part-time | Full-time $25 - $35 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Fuel reimbursement Professional development assistance Flexible schedule Qualifications Hardscape Tree care Driver's License Driving Customer relationship management Site hazard assessment (tree care) Landscaping Technical Proficiency Full Job Description About Us Noosh Stump Removal & Landscape Restoration is a values-driven company built on people, integrity, and customer focus. We help homeowners restore, renew, and elevate their properties through expert landscape restoration, property cleanups, and high-quality outdoor transformations—always delivered with craftsmanship and care.
The Role:
What You'll Be Doing We are seeking an organic, relationship-driven Estimator & Landscape Solutions Specialist who approaches sales as a consultative problem-solver rather than a traditional, pushy salesperson. In this role, your core workflow includes:
Warm Lead Handoffs:
Our front office handles all initial customer intake and phone calls—no cold calling or gatekeeping required.
Fast-Paced Pipeline:
Once a new request comes in, it is handed directly to you to follow up quickly, schedule the on-site assessment, and guide the homeowner through to an approved quote.
Consultative Property Walks:
You will walk the land with the client, listening closely to their vision while evaluating what the property actually needs.
Value-Driven Design:
Instead of focusing on quick upsells, you will craft precise, honest estimates that solve real outdoor problems and bring massive value to our customers' lives.
Key Responsibilities Rapid Follow-Up:
Connect with new incoming quote requests as soon as possible—always within 24 hours of receiving the lead.
On-Site Assessments:
Drive throughout the Mid-Willamette Valley to meet clients, evaluate site conditions (soil, tree health, grading, hardscape potential), and map out accurate scopes of work.
Value-Driven Estimating:
Build precise, transparent quotes using your extensive landscaping knowledge. We don't just "upsell"—we solve the root problem and add authentic value.
Tech-Forward Tracking:
Expertly log field data, upload job photos, and manage the customer pipeline utilizing Jobber and CompanyCam at a high level.
Schedule Ownership:
Manage your own calendar efficiently to balance heavy driving days with fast follow-ups, ensuring absolutely zero client assessments get missed.
Connect and Convert:
Educate clients on why our solution is the right one, providing clear information and expertise so they can confidently move forward with the project. What It Takes to
Thrive Deep Landscaping & Tree Care Knowledge:
You must intimately understand landscaping practices, materials, tree work, and local pricing. You can spot a drainage issue, identify a hazardous tree, or talk shop about hardscape foundations.
Tech Fluent:
Highly proficient with Jobber and CompanyCam , or possess the tech-savviness to pick up field management software quickly.
Strong Consultative Skills:
You are an expert listener who doesn't just scratch the surface; you hear what the client is saying, ask the right questions, and get to the root of the problem so you can design an outdoor solution that truly fixes it.
Scheduling Flexibility:
Willingness and ability to work occasional evening or Saturday hours to accommodate our customers' work schedules for property walk-throughs.
Self-Motivated Multi-tasker:
You will be on the move constantly. You need the organizational discipline to route your own travel, schedule your days, and keep your pipeline moving efficiently.
Clean Driving Record:
This position requires significant daily driving around the Mid-Valley region (mileage is fully reimbursed). Why Work With Noosh?
The Right Incentives:
Enjoy a reliable hourly base rate while giving yourself a raise via a bonus structure directly tied to your successful job conversions.
Culture of Integrity:
Work for a company that values real answers over quick sales. Our reputation makes your job easier. If you are an experienced landscape professional who loves working with people, solving outdoor problems, and earning the customer's trust, we want to talk to you.
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
