As a Climber, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards by safely and efficiently performing tree care tasks. Responsibilities Perform tree climbing and pruning tasks with a focus on safety and efficiency. Make quick, informed decisions under pressure while maintaining safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery. Maintain and operate heavy machinery as required. Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company values. Qualifications Must be coachable and open to learning new skills. Reliable transportation to job sites. Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
