What You'll Do:

Lead and inspire a crew of landscapers and arborists to deliver exceptional results every day Operate and oversee use of industry-standard landscaping and tree care equipment Manage daily job site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency Communicate with clients on-site to provide updates, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction Maintain tools, trucks, and gear like a probecause well-cared-for equipment keeps everyone safe and productive Enforce and uphold all safety procedures in line with OSHA and company standards

What You Bring:

2+ years of experience leading landscaping or tree care crews Strong working knowledge of tree care practices, landscape design principles, and equipment operation Valid driver's license (CDL is a big plus!) ISA Certification or other relevant credentials are a plus, but not required A natural leader with great communication and problem-solving skills A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and delivering quality results Benefits Employees who work 30+ hours per week are considered full-time and become eligible for our benefits after just 30 days of employment.
