Landscape Laborer

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Laborer to join our team and contribute to a variety of outdoor projects. This role involves hands-on work in landscape maintenance, construction, and gardening, supporting the creation and upkeep of beautiful outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, possess basic mechanical knowledge, and be eager to learn new skills in landscaping and horticulture. Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation, maintenance, and renovation projects Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as planting, pruning, and tree care including tree trimming and arborist support Support hardscape projects involving stonework, pavers, or retaining walls Maintain cleanliness of work sites and ensure safety protocols are followed Support general construction activities related to landscaping projects Perform routine gardening tasks including planting, watering, fertilizing, and mulching Requirements Prior experience or knowledge in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and small construction equipment such as excavators is a plus Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment is advantageous Ability to perform physical labor including lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to safety procedures and ability to follow instructions carefully Valid driver's license is preferred for equipment operation or site travel purposes A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills in horticulture and hardscape installation Experience with tree care (including trimming) is beneficial but not required Join our team to help create stunning landscapes while gaining valuable experience in horticulture, construction, and outdoor maintenance.
