Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Technician and bring outdoor spaces to life with your hands-on expertise! In this role, you'll be at the forefront of landscape maintenance, gardening, and construction projects, ensuring beautiful, functional, and sustainable environments. Your mechanical knowledge and passion for landscaping will drive the transformation of outdoor areas, providing clients with exceptional results. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor spaces healthy and attractive Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as excavators safely and efficiently for various landscaping and construction projects Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering and plant health Execute hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other stone or concrete features with precision Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, planting, and removal to promote safety and growth Assist in snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access for clients and communities Support gardening efforts by planting new greenery, mulching beds, fertilizing lawns, and managing pest control measures Experience Prior experience in landscaping or lawn care is highly preferred; a strong interest in horticulture is a plus Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, hand tools, and small machinery is essential for efficient task completion Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and weed control Experience operating excavators or similar construction equipment is advantageous but not mandatory—training will be provided if needed Knowledge of tree care practices such as trimming and pruning helps ensure safety and healthy growth Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients Embark on a career where your skills make a tangible impact!
