Tree Estimator / Sales Representative/ Arborist Are you an experienced tree care sales professional who enjoys meeting homeowners, building relationships, and helping customers find the right solutions? We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tree Estimator / Sales Representative/ Arborist to join our growing team. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners and commercial property owners to assess tree service needs. Provide professional, accurate, and timely estimates for tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, and other tree services. Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries and phone calls. Build trust with customers through exceptional service and communication. Follow up on estimates and convert leads into sales. Coordinate with operations crews to ensure customer expectations are met. Maintain detailed records of estimates, customer interactions, and sales activities. Requirements Previous tree service sales or estimating experience is required . Strong knowledge of tree care, removals, pruning, and related services. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Comfortable visiting residential and commercial properties daily. Self-motivated with strong closing and sales skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
