Job Description
Overview We are seeking dedicated and experienced Landscape/Project Laborers to assist our landscaping team in delivering high-quality landscape maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess strong landscaping skills and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This role requires hands-on involvement in various landscaping tasks. Responsibilities Assist in daily landscaping operations, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule. Be part of the team in landscape maintenance activities, including lawn care, garden upkeep, and tree care. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to maintain quality control and adherence to safety standards. Manage groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and mulching. Skills Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including lawn care, tree care, and garden management. Training provided to those with little or no knowledge of the industry. Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment and tools safely and effectively. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Ability to build strong relationships with clients through exceptional service delivery. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards in all work performed.
