Arborist Climber (Experienced)

Greater Heights Tree & Land Management is seeking an experienced Arborist Climber to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a safety-focused professional with strong climbing, rigging, and tree care skills. Responsibilities

• Perform tree removals (crane, bucket or conventional), pruning, and cabling operations
• Conduct tree risk assessments and identify potential hazards
• Safely climb and work at heights using proper techniques and equipment
• Operate and maintain equipment, including chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts, and hand tools
• Follow all company safety policies and ANSI/industry standards
• Work efficiently as part of a crew on residential, commercial, and municipal job sites

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of arborist climbing experience
• Proven experience with tree removal, pruning, and cabling
• Strong knowledge of rigging and safe work practices
• Experience operating aerial lifts and tree care equipment
• Valid driver's license (CDL preferred)
• ISA Certification (preferred but not required)

• Ability to climb, lift, and perform physically demanding work
