Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Tree service worker, where you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the health, safety, and beauty of trees within our community. This energetic position involves climbing, pruning, and removing trees using specialized equipment and techniques. You will work closely with landscape teams to ensure that tree care aligns with environmental standards and safety protocols. Your expertise will help create vibrant, safe outdoor spaces that everyone can enjoy. Duties Safely climb trees using ropes, harnesses, and other climbing gear to perform pruning, trimming, and removal tasks. Operate bucket trucks and bucket lifts to access high branches efficiently and securely. Implement rigging techniques to control the safe removal of limbs or entire trees, ensuring minimal impact on surrounding landscapes. Requirements Proven experience in tree care, including tree trimming, pruning, or removal; growing experience is highly valued. Strong knowledge of rigging techniques, horticulture principles, and landscape maintenance practices. Ability to operate bucket trucks safely and efficiently; certification in bucket operation is preferred. Physical fitness to climb trees for extended periods while maintaining safety standards. CDL is prefered
