Crew Lead Arborist (ISA Certified) Restoration Pruning is a professional tree care company focused on tree health, restoration pruning, and long-term tree management. We are building a high-performing tree care crew and are looking for an experienced ISA Certified Arborist to lead pruning and removal operations. This role is ideal for an arborist who takes pride in high-quality tree work, safe operations, and leading a professional crew. Responsibilities Lead a 3-person tree crew Perform technical tree pruning and removals Execute safe climbing and rigging operations Plan jobsite workflow and safety procedures Communicate with customers about work being performed Maintain professional jobsite standards Requirements ISA Certified Arborist 3+ years climbing experience Strong rigging and pruning knowledge Ability to lead and motivate a crew Valid driver's license
