No corporate fluff—just a solid crew that works hard and takes care of its people. The Job We're looking for a Tree Crew Lead / Climber who can run a crew and jump in the work. This is a working lead role —you'll be: Climbing Rigging Running saws and equipment Keeping the crew moving What You'll Be Doing Lead a small crew on tree removal, pruning, and storm cleanup jobs Climb trees and handle rigging and removals safely Run chainsaws, chippers, and bucket trucks Check equipment and make sure everything is running right Handle basic maintenance when needed Plan out the day and keep the crew on track Make sure work is done safe, clean, and right the first time Talk with customers on-site when needed Train newer folks and help them improve What You Need 3+ years of tree work / arborist experience Experience climbing and rigging trees Leadership experience Valid driver's license Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outside in all weather Bonus Points (Not Required) CDL (or willing to get one) ISA Arborist Certification Pesticide Applicator License (PHC) Experience with storm work / emergency tree service Why Work Here Work with a tight crew that knows what they're doing Leadership role —not stuck at ground level forever Steady work in tree service, tree removal, and arborist jobs Company that actually cares about safety and quality work Benefits Health and Dental insurance Short-term disability insurance!
