Wayfarer Harvest Internship
Wayfarer Healdsburg, CA Apply Job Description:
Wayfarer is seeking a motivated, energetic, quality obsessed individual to join our team for the 2026 vintage. Work will begin in August and continue through October. Wayfarer Vineyard is a single estate in the remote Fort Ross-Seaview AVA, growing Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Our winery is located in Healdsburg where our small team works tirelessly to realize wines of exceptional quality and soul. While focused in the cellar the intern will also gain experience at our estate vineyard. Harvest activities include but are not limited to:
  • Vineyard scouting
  • Fruit reception
  • Cap Management
  • Fermentation Monitoring
  • Sampling/Lab analysis
  • Barrel work
  • Cleaning/Sanitation Ideal candidates will have:
  • Forklift experience
  • Strong desire to learn
  • Degree in Viticulture/Enology, or similar field Minimum Requirements to apply:
  • Bachelor's degree, or currently enrolled
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Ability to walk on steep, uneven terrain
