Responsibilities:

Duties may include, but are not limited to: hands-on ecological restoration, native landscape maintenance, assistance with native tree and shrub sales, accompanying staff on conservation easement monitoring visits and preparation of baseline documentation, organization of ecological survey data, participation in volunteer stewardship events, and monitoring bluebird nesting boxes.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and basic knowledge of computer applications like the Microsoft Office suite. A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively is a must. A genuine passion for the TCF mission and an authentic desire to learn and grow are essential. Ability to get to and from off-site community events through DuPage, Kane Kendall, and Will Counties. The ability to speak Spanish is a plus
