Job Description

Make your summer count at YMCA Camp Takodah! This role is for someone who has previous experience working with sailing, kayaks, canoes, and/or paddle boards and has all the necessary skills to pass a Lifeguard Certification. Our Boating Specialist role works under our Waterfront Director and with the Waterfront Staff team. This role involves staff supervision and coaching, creating engaging programs for youth ages 8 to 16, and maintaining the waterfront and equipment through the summer season. Our Boating Specialist role is great for someone looking to step into a leadership position! Room and board is covered while on site.
