8:30am-4:30pm JCC Camp Ruach is committed to creating a positive, meaningful, inclusive, and FUN summer for campers and staff. Staff learn invaluable skills that are immediately transferable to all other aspects of their personal and professional life.

Responsibilities of STEM Specialist:

Design and lead age-appropriate, engaging, and structured STEM projects to children 5 years old-13 years old (the more hands-on and messy, the better!) Ensure safe and inclusive atmosphere Set-up and clean-up of program activities and space Lead and assist in other general camp activities Positively collaborate and work alongside other camp staff

Qualifications of STEM Specialist:

Personal interest in and love of STEM Prior experience working with kids or teaching children STEM preferred Charismatic and able to lead group of children Hard working and team player Experience in or proficiency with various art mediums including: painting, ceramics, crafting, sculpting, wood working, etc. Enjoys having fun!

Comprehensive Compensation Package:

Compensation up to $4000 inclusive of all summer responsibilities for a full-time STEM specialist position (over 18 years old). Pay:

$2,000.00 per month
