We are growing and looking for a reliable, experienced Irrigation Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities Irrigation Installation & Repair Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial irrigation systems Diagnose and troubleshoot leaks, wiring issues, valves, and controllers Perform system startups, winterizations, and inspections Ensure proper water coverage and system efficiency Field Operations Operate trencher, mini skid steer, mini excavator and related equipment Read irrigation plans and layouts Maintain tools, equipment, and clean job sites Customer Interaction Communicate with customers on-site in a professional manner Explain repairs, system performance, and recommendations Represent the company positively at all times Reporting & Efficiency Track materials, labor, and daily job progress Communicate regularly with leadership on job status and issues Identify opportunities to improve system performance Qualifications 2+ years of irrigation experience (installation or service preferred) Knowledge of irrigation systems, controllers, and troubleshooting Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Why Work With Us Established company with long-term employees Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment
