This role is ideal for someone who can diagnose, repair, and maintain irrigation systems independently and deliver high-quality, water-efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair irrigation system issues (valves, wiring, sprinkler heads, pressure issues) Troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic problems Program and adjust irrigation controllers (Rain Bird, Hunter, etc.) Perform system inspections and seasonal adjustments Improve system efficiency and water distribution Maintain accurate service notes and communicate with team/customers Requirements (Must-Have) 2+ years of hands-on irrigation experience Experience with irrigation troubleshooting and repairs Ability to program irrigation controllers Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work (digging, bending, kneeling) Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience with brands like Rain Bird, Hunter, Toro Ability to read irrigation plans / zone layouts Irrigation certification (CIT) What We Offer Steady, full-time work Growth opportunities and advancement Supportive team environment Benefits starting day which include health, dental, vision, paid time off + more!
