Job Description

Cultivation Tech I is an entry level position that maintains and completes daily projects assigned by the Cultivation Manager/Supervisor. This position will be responsible for assisting in all areas of grow operations to include potting, manicuring, and harvesting. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assists with grow operations including cleaning, daily activities, quality assurance, potting, manicuring, and harvesting. Cleans in and around cultivation areas daily, including but not limited to floors, walls, tables, equipment and sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, sanitizing. Follows compliance procedures mandated by the state licensing requirements. Maintains open communication with the management team and other co-workers. Maintains a professional attitude towards coworkers and management. Follows operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties. Completes all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner Completes assigned tasks, projects, and expectations in accordance with the company's mission, vision, goals, and objectives. Performs other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Must be able to obtain a state medical marijuana badge and pass a background check Must be able to communicate with GDF Team effectively and professionally Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high stress situations Self-Motivated Ability to multitask Organizational skills Ability to stay focused Must be a team player with a "can do" attitude Positive attitude and strong work ethic Available to work weekends and holidays Reliable transportation Must be able to work in 80+ and humid environment High School degree or equivalent Here, we believe cannabis is the most natural form of medicine, that's why we are obsessed with creating and curating the best cannabis products in the south, using natural and sustainable farming practices, and giving back to our local community.
