Your Impact The Cultivator is responsible for overseeing the success of our cultivation operations, focusing on the propagation, care, maintenance, and health of all cannabis plants. What You'll Do (Personnel Duties, Authority, and Responsibilities) To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Cloning Transplanting Plant Maintenance Watering Harvesting General:
Ensure all assigned tasks are completed before leaving for the day unless otherwise authorized by their supervisor. Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) for all operations, ensuring adherence to company and regulatory compliance. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Following all safety protocols and regulations. Keeping accurate records of plant growth, treatments, and other relevant data. Assisting with other cultivation tasks as needed. Adhere to local and state laws and regulations related to cannabis production. What You Bring (Qualifications) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Basic understanding of plant biology and cultivation techniques. Must be at least 21 years of age. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to acquire and maintain a facility agent card through the state. Flexible scheduling with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Preferred:
Previous experience in cannabis cultivation or horticulture. Knowledge of different cannabis strains and their characteristics. Experience with cloning, transplanting, and plant maintenance techniques. Familiarity with different growing mediums and nutrient solutions. Experience with pest and disease management in cannabis.
