Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
The Trim / Production Team Member is responsible for trimming, cleaning, and preparing cannabis flower for packaging while maintaining accuracy, speed, and product quality. Handle basic production tasks such as trimming, weighing, packaging, and assisting with harvest work. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a fast-paced team while ensuring compliance with all local and state regulations. We're looking for motivated, dedicated individuals who share our passion for quality and want to contribute to our continued growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 21 years of age Reliable transportation required Able to pass a background check High school diploma or equivalent Consistent and dependable attendance Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Professionalism in appearance, actions, and communication Positive attitude and strong work ethic Organized and dependable under pressure Ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 25 pounds Comfortable sitting, standing, kneeling, or walking for extended periods Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others Cannabis experience is a plus but not required — full training provided for motivated candidates
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Hand-trim cannabis flower while preserving structure and quality Weigh, label, and record product data accurately Meet daily production and quality metrics Maintain a clean, compliant, and organized workspace Follow all company SOPs and AZDHS regulations Assist with post-harvest tasks such as bucking, sorting, and cleaning Support various in-depth cleaning and sanitation tasks Collaborate with team members to meet department goals and deadlines

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
