This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes initiative, and wants to grow with a professional landscape company that values quality, consistency, and teamwork.
What You'll Do:
- Apply herbicides, fertilizers, and nutrients to turf and landscape areas
- Identify weeds, turf stress, and unhealthy landscape conditions
- Help establish and maintain healthy turf programs
- Inspect properties and report landscape concerns
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional work habits
- Work efficiently while delivering high-quality results
What We're Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Ability to work outdoors in Arizona weather
- Takes pride in keeping properties looking their best
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Experience is a plus, but not required — we are willing to train the right person
