Common Area Irrigation Tech
Status Full Time Employer SaddleBrooke Ranch HOA Location Oracle, AZ Job Description The Common Area Irrigation Technician is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the irrigation systems for both turfgrass and landscape irrigation in designated Common Areas of the property. This position will work will work closely with supervisors to ensure proper watering schedules are maintained using the local irrigation clocks and central irrigation computer. Adjustments to equipment and watering schedules may need to be made to take into consideration inclement weather or rain/storms that might damage the landscape. Must work within guidelines established by the Common Area superintendent. Will perform necessary repairs and maintenance of the irrigation equipment. Performs other duties as assigned.
