50 per hour Vortex Premium Cannabis is seeking dependable individuals to join our post-harvest and packaging team as Cannabis Trimmers. We are looking for applicants who take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and can maintain quality standards in a fast-paced production environment. Spanish-speaking applicants are encouraged to apply. Our team includes bilingual staff and we welcome candidates who speak English, Spanish, or both. What You'll Do Hand-trim cannabis flower according to company quality standards Remove excess leaf material while maintaining the appearance and integrity of the flower Inspect product for consistency and presentation Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow production procedures and safety guidelines Support packaging and post-harvest operations as needed Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Assist with moving materials and packaged products when necessary What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to perform repetitive hand movements Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds Experience Previous experience trimming cannabis, working in cultivation, packaging, agriculture, manufacturing, warehouse operations, or horticulture is helpful but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn. Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age Arizona Facility Agent (FA) Card preferred Must be legally eligible to work in Arizona Professional references and previous employment history may be verified Why Work at Vortex?
