Job Description

Schedule:
Monday-Friday 4:00am-1:00pm
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Wet Room Technician to join our cultivation team. This position plays a key role in supporting plant health, harvest operations, and irrigation system maintenance within our facility. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and can maintain attention to detail while following company procedures and state compliance standards. This role combines wet room responsibilities, cultivation support, and irrigation/water room operations. Candidates should be comfortable performing physical labor, troubleshooting basic irrigation issues, and working independently while staying on task. The starting pay for this position is $17 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain irrigation and water room systems Assist with harvest, plant processing, and wet room operations Perform cleaning, sanitation, and general facility upkeep Support irrigation maintenance, line cleaning, and minor repairs Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and compliance requirements Document completed tasks and report issues using internal systems Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and instructions from management Use cultivation software and task management tools to: Document daily activities Report plant health concerns and environmental issues Maintain accurate and timely records of all tasks completed Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years or older Must be able to pass a background check Must be able to perform physical labor in warm and humid conditions Comfortable working on ladders up to 18 feet high Able to lift and move heavy objects regularly Basic mechanical aptitude or irrigation experience is a plus, but not required
