Phoenix, AZ Schedule:

Monday•Friday, Installation hours 5am to 1pm, Repair hours 8am to 5pm

Pay:

$20•30 per hour (DOE•Depending on Experience) Job Description We are seeking an experienced and reliable Irrigation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems, as well as a strong understanding of troubleshooting and system optimization. This position offers consistent daytime hours and competitive pay based on experience. Responsibilities Communicates with Homeowner/Client to inform and educate about irrigation system enhancements and services. Briefly explain/confirm with client the scope of work to be performed and estimated length of time to complete tasks. Speak to client to upsell other products. Work independently or as a team to provide service/repair to residential and commercial systems. This includes completing system audits and estimates where applicable. Oversee/Manage sub-contractors for residential and commercial installations. Anticipate task problems and inform Homeowner/Client of any issues and corrective action to complete task. Sustains a work environment that builds positive professional relationships, accepts accountability, demonstrate excellent customer service. Consistently demonstrates a commitment to complete scope of work. Provide customer with system orientation as applicable. Clean up of all areas affected by the installation and perform maintenance on all Company tools and equipment used daily on work sites. Ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained to service clients. Operate company vehicle in a safe manner, maintain a clean and orderly vehicle. Notify management of any vehicle accidents, malfunctions or damages. Prepares and correctly completes any work order documents or reports. Accomplishes organization goals by following required best practices. Promptly inform Franchise Owner of any team member injury, issues/disputes with homeowner/Client, damage to structure, or company tools/equipment. Update job knowledge by participating in IA certification training, follow all company polices, safety rules and procedures including all highway traffic laws. Receive oral and written instructions from Franchise Owner. Perform other duties that may be assigned Requirements Previous irrigation experience required (Minimum of 3 years) Knowledge of irrigation systems, controllers, and components Ability to diagnose and repair system issues independently Experience with hand tools and basic equipment Valid driver's license Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and reliability Minimum of 3-year experience in the irrigation installation or like service industry and Computer skills, with knowledge of the primary Microsoft Office programs. #3069
