Why This Role Green Dot Labs is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Post Cultivation Specialist to support post-harvest operations within our cultivation facilities. This role is critical to ensuring harvested cannabis is processed with care and consistency while meeting daily production goals and maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant workspace. Working closely with the Post Cultivation team, this position supports harvesting, drying, trimming, and processing activities, while ensuring product quality standards and compliance requirements are consistently met. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to product quality and gain hands-on experience in a high-performing cultivation operation. What You'll Do Assist with harvesting activities, including de-leafing, plant removal, hanging, shucking, packaging, and weighing Ensure harvested plants are handled carefully to prevent contamination during harvest, transport, and storage Review harvest allocations with leadership and ensure material is directed to the correct processing pathway (BHO, SHO, dried flower, etc.) Report issues with harvest batches to the Post Cultivation Lead Maintain daily production and KPI logs as directed Remove dried flower from racks and transport between drying and processing areas Sort, qualify, and hand-trim dried flower to company standards Adapt trimming techniques based on strain-specific requirements Maintain clean and sanitary workspaces across cultivation, harvest, drying, and storage areas Perform waste management duties, including disposal of green waste and general trash Reset workstations at the end of each shift to ensure readiness for the next day Support cross-functional teams and assist in other departments as needed Attend all required training and follow all company policies and state regulations What's In It for You Opportunity to work with a leading premium cannabis brand known for quality and innovation Hands-on experience in post-harvest cannabis processing and production Exposure to high-quality cultivation and processing standards Collaborative, team-oriented work environment Opportunity for growth within cultivation and production teams What Makes You a Great Fit High school diploma or GED required Must possess and maintain a current MED Badge Prior trimming or post-harvest experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed processes Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically active environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable transportation required Work Environment This role is primarily onsite in Tempe, Arizona and requires regular work within a cannabis cultivation and post-harvest environment. The position typically involves a 40-hour workweek. The role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift or move materials up to 60 pounds. Work may include exposure to cannabis plants, strong odors, dust, and temperature fluctuations. Personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, masks, eye protection, and safety footwear, must be worn as required. Benefits for most employees become effective the first day of the month following 60 days of employment.
