Wrangler

Wrangler / Ranch hand / Can be seasonal or full time, depending on the individual. $16.00 per hour plus gratuities when we have guests in-house. You will have to know your way around a horse with this job. You will be responsible for riding and exercising ranch horses for the upcoming winter season. There will be trail maintenance and fencing involved as well as care for a herd of 40 horses during the summer, and as many as 120 during the winter months. Full time employees will receive P.T.O. and insurance benefits after 90 days. Limited housing is available, a room in a shared apartment. No dogs. Lunch will be provided in an employee dining room on days you work. Free laundry room provided, as well as Wi-Fi. This ranch is a luxury resort in Wickenburg, Arizona. Employees must dress Western to keep up with the look the ranch inspires. No smoking or vaping during working hours, definitely no drugs. Must have two forms of identification to show upon arrival. Valid driver's license required to drive ranch vehicles. An employee may keep one horse on the property as long as the horse can be used in the operation. Only serious candidates need apply.
