Full Job Description Now Hiring:

Cultivation Technician (Full-Time/Part-Time) Are you passionate about cannabis cultivation and ready to grow with a professional team? We're seeking a Cultivation Technician to join our facility and help maintain the highest standards of plant care, cleanliness, and compliance.

Responsibilities include:

Execute daily cultivation tasks: transplanting, pruning, trellising, defoliation, harvesting. Monitor plant health and report abnormalities (pests, pathogens, nutrient deficiencies) promptly. Maintain strict adherence to all SOPs, sanitation practices, and compliance regulations (e.g., METRC tracking, pesticide application logs). Accurately complete daily logs, weight tracking, and inventory movement in the cultivation management system. Assist in maintaining facility cleanliness, organization, and biological safety protocols. Work collaboratively with cultivation leads and managers to meet daily and weekly production goals.

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in commercial cannabis cultivation preferred (but not required - we train the right attitude). Strong attention to detail, consistency, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Comfortable working on your feet all day, lifting 50+ lbs, and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Commitment to compliance, plant health, and team success. Must be 21+ years old with reliable transportation. Must pass a background check (state and local requirements apply).
