Duties Assist with planting, watering, fertilizing, spraying, and pruning to promote healthy plant development Monitor plant health daily, identifying pests, diseases, or deficiencies using plant identification skills Maintain indoor environments by managing temperature, humidity, and ventilation systems Use hand tools and basic mechanical knowledge to support routine cultivation tasks and equipment maintenance Support harvesting activities by weighing, sorting, and hanging plants Keep detailed records of plant growth stages, treatments applied, and environmental conditions to ensure optimal cultivation practices Keep all working areas clean, organized, and maintain safe working conditions. Qualifications Growing experience or background in horticulture, agriculture, or related fields preferred Knowledge of plant health, and environmental management preferred Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly, including wearing a 50lb backpack sprayer, and climbing up and down 20 ft. ladders safely. Strong attention to detail for plant identification and health assessment Basic math skills for measuring nutrients, mixing spray applications , and recording data Mechanical aptitude for handling hand tools and minor equipment. This paid position offers hands-on experience in horticulture and indoor farming practices while supporting your professional development in the cannabis industry. All applicants will receive in house training and require a 6 month to 1 year probationary period. Must have a car, be punctual, and have attention to detail.
