Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Cannabis Cultivator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture and a strong understanding of cannabis cultivation practices. You will be responsible for overseeing the growth and health of cannabis plants from seed to harvest while adhering to all regulatory compliance and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:

Plant Care:
Monitor and maintain the health of cannabis plants, including watering, feeding, and pruning. •
Cultivation Techniques:
Implement effective cultivation techniques, including soil management, pest control, and nutrient application. •
Harvesting:
Assist in the harvesting process, including trimming and processing plants. •
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of plant growth, nutrient schedules, and environmental conditions. •
Compliance:
Ensure all cultivation practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations. •
Equipment Maintenance:
Operate and maintain cultivation equipment, ensuring it is clean and functional. •
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members to optimize cultivation processes and achieve production goals. •
Research and Development:
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cannabis cultivation.
Qualifications:

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in horticulture, agriculture, or a related field is preferred. •
Experience:
Previous experience in cannabis cultivation or a similar agricultural role is highly desirable. •
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of cannabis biology, growth cycles, and cultivation techniques. •
Skills:
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. •
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
