Summary:

The Flower Packaging Technician is responsible for packaging all cannabis related products in a timely, organized, and compliant fashion. Must be 21 years of age to apply Responsibilities And Duties Include but

Are Not Limited To:

Trim, package and label cannabis flower, and pre-rolls. Assist with the harvesting of plants, which could include trimming, arranging, waste removal, cleaning, sanitizing, etc. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Implement good agricultural practices (GAPs) and follow all State Guidelines. Cleaning and daily maintenance of the work environment. Account for waste management procedures. All other functions as designated by the Manager. Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, and bending on a frequent basis for at least 8-10 hour shifts. Ability to work and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Employment hours are from 6 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Occasional weekends required. The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following skills and qualifications: Qualified candidates MUST demonstrate recent stable employment of a minimum of 1 year to be considered. This position requires manual dexterity, standing for long periods of time up to 8-9 hours per day, and the ability to lift objects weighing up to 20 lbs. unaided, and up to 53 lbs. with assistance (buddy-lifting). The ability to adhere to a tight schedule and meet deadlines. Hardworking, motivated, punctual, and reliable; employee must work efficiently to meet goals while consistently producing quality output. Good organizational, tracking, and communication skills. Positive attitude, good moral character, and passion for the industry.
