Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Farm Manager will lead the entire operation of the GSFP's food production and farm training programs, and restore, manage, and maintain the necessary farm infrastructure and equipment. Leading Farm Training Curriculum Cooperate with community partners Market the Farm and seek new revenue-generating opportunities for produce as needed Supervise the Farm's operating budget and uphold fiscal responsibility for staffing and other operational activities. Attend Agency and other events to promote teaching and marketing for the Farm Fundraise for the Farm as needed or at management's request Operate, maintain, assess, and repair small tractors and implements.
