In this energetic role, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and health of cannabis plants through hands-on cultivation activities. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure optimal plant development, quality, and consistency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, environmentally conscious setting where your skills directly contribute to the production of premium cannabis products. Responsibilities Assist with daily plant care routines, including watering, feeding, pruning, and trimming to promote healthy growth Monitor plant health by identifying pests, diseases, and deficiencies using plant identification skills Maintain proper irrigation systems and ensure consistent water delivery across cultivation areas Support greenhouse operations by managing environmental controls such as humidity, temperature, and lighting Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance on cultivation equipment and infrastructure Record detailed data on plant growth stages, nutrient application, and environmental conditions using basic math for accurate tracking Assist with harvesting, curing, and packaging processes while adhering to safety and quality standards Qualifications Growing experience or horticulture background with a strong understanding of plant biology and cultivation techniques Experience working in greenhouse or outdoor environments with outdoor work exposure preferred Knowledge of irrigation systems, lawn care, landscaping, farming or agriculture practices is highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during plant handling or material transport Familiarity with hand tools and basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance Strong attention to detail for plant identification and health assessment Basic math skills for measurements, data recording, and environmental adjustments Join us in cultivating excellence!
