Full Job Description About Medical Caregivers Company:
MCC is a growing, fast paced, fully licensed, pre-ICO dispensary and cultivation specializing in high end, clean grown cannabis looking for cultivation technicians and maintenance workers.
Job Responsibilities:
We are putting together a team to assist in daily facility maintenance for our cannabis cultivation location. Responsibilities include cleaning grow tables, drip caps, work collectively and cooperatively as part of a team ensuring production quotas are met in a timely fashion while observing the highest standards of safety and quality. The successful candidates will be reliable and punctual and able to perform physical tasks that are repetitive. Ideally, our cultivation technicians will have effective communication skills and a positive and flexible attitude.
Skills and Experience Qualifications:
MUST BE 21 OR OLDER
Experience in janitorial or custodian work is a plus Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals Good communication skills Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines at all times Reliable and punctual Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Attention to detail Ability to understand and speak basic
English Physical Requirements:
Manual dexterity Able and patient to do repetitive tasks Ability to learn and use various machines and hand tools Lifting, bending, reaching on a regular basis
Work Environment:
Warehouse M-F, 9am-5:30pm
