Cultivation & facility technician

Duties Assist with plant propagation, transplanting, pruning, and harvesting to promote healthy growth Monitor and adjust irrigation systems to ensure plants receive proper watering schedules Maintain room conditions by managing ventilation, lighting, and temperature controls Conduct routine inspections of cultivation areas to identify pests, diseases, or plant stress Operate hand tools and basic mechanical equipment for planting, trimming, and facility maintenance Perform heavy lifting of plants, or equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Skills Growing experience with plants, including knowledge of horticulture principles and plant identification Familiarity with irrigation systems and greenhouse operations Mechanical knowledge related to small tools and equipment maintenance Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively in various tasks Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to planting and watering schedules Se habla Espanol This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in agriculture-related fields while contributing to a sustainable cultivation environment.
