This person will help with general building maintenance, plumbing repairs, and day-to-day facility upkeep to keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Perform general handyman duties and facility maintenance. Handle simple plumbing work, including PVC Schedule 80 . Troubleshoot and complete basic repairs as needed. Assist with equipment upkeep and routine maintenance tasks. Work diligently, safely, and with attention to detail. Help keep the cultivation facility clean, functional, and organized. Qualifications Must have plumbing experience . Must be comfortable with simple plumbing work , especially PVC Schedule 80 . General handyman experience required. HVAC knowledge is a plus. Electrical knowledge is a plus. Ability to work independently and follow directions. Reliable, punctual, and willing to handle a variety of maintenance tasks.
