• Cannabis Industry We are seeking an experienced Propagation Technician to join our growing cannabis cultivation team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience taking cannabis cuttings and working in a high-volume propagation environment. Responsibilities Take cuttings from mother plants and prepare clones for propagation Insert and properly position cuttings into rockwool cubes Maintain production targets of approximately 500-1,000 clones per day Apply, organize, and manage plant tags in compliance with METRC requirements Track and label plant material accurately to ensure regulatory compliance Monitor clone quality and report any issues to management Assist with watering, organization, inventory tracking, and general propagation tasks Follow sanitation and biosecurity procedures to maintain a healthy propagation environment Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Qualifications Previous cannabis propagation experience preferred Experience taking and handling cannabis clones Familiarity with METRC tagging and cannabis compliance procedures is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong organizational skills and accuracy with recordkeeping Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Compensation & Benefits $22/hour during the probationary period $25/hour after successful completion of probation Monthly performance bonuses of up to $2,500 Full-time position with opportunities for growth We are looking for hardworking individuals who can consistently meet production goals, maintain high-quality standards, and contribute to a productive cultivation team.
