GENERALRESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to read and comprehend irrigation and construction documents. Aptitude for understanding and implementing general maintenance, irrigation and construction. Understand most aspects of landscape maintenance. Conduct yourself and your work in an organized and professional manner. Communicate in a professional and reasonable manner at all times. Ability to collaborate with all team members, and work independently if necessary Work with Irrigation Manager for daily job assignments. Basic knowledge of conventional and two wire irrigation systems. Install, troubleshoot and repair valves. Knowledge of all types of irrigation controllers ,installation, wiring, valves, sprinkler repair/adjustments, testing, etc and how they function. Performs hands on irrigation repairs and installations. Use of hand tools and power tools. Manage irrigation materials needed, people, equipment and subcontractors to produce quality work. Basic knowledge of low voltage lighting maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs. Perform a system check after construction hand-over and make necessary adjustments. Required Education, Experience and Skills Minimum of4 years experience in construction management-Residential preferred, maintenance. Irrigation certifications and licenses preferred. Experience reading and interpreting construction and irrigation documents. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated, persistent, and willingness to ask a lot of questions. CA DMV with a Clean driving record.
