Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking hardworking and dedicated Cultivation Technicians to assist in various cultivation tasks, including transplanting, cloning, feeding, and maintaining crops. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, able to work in warm and humid conditions, and follow instructions to ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Cloning plants and prep work necessary to complete task. Transplanting plants from clone to veg. Maintaining quality control by identifing healthy and unhealthy plants. Operate and maintain cultivation equipment and tools. Assist in pest and disease control using approved methods. Perform general cultivation maintenance, cleaning work areas. Follow safety and hygiene protocols while handling plants and equipment.
Requirements:
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for long hours. Willingness to work in warm and humid environments. Basic knowledge of cultivation techniques (training may be provided). Ability to climb and work on 3 tier veg racks and complete tasks. Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow directions.
