This position supports the daily care, maintenance, and production of cannabis plants in a licensed commercial cannabis facility. This is a full-time position with an expected schedule of Saturday through Wednesday, 8 hours per day . Weekend availability is required, including both Saturday and Sunday . Typical days off are Thursday and Friday . The ideal candidate is dependable, works well with a team, follows instructions carefully, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced cultivation environment. Prior cannabis cultivation experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Responsibilities Responsibilities may include:
Assist with daily plant care, including watering, feeding, pruning, defoliation, trellising, and general canopy maintenance Monitor plant health and report issues such as pests, disease, nutrient deficiencies, or environmental concerns Help maintain clean and organized cultivation rooms, work areas, tools, and equipment Assist with transplanting, cloning, harvesting, and post-harvest cleanup Follow company SOPs for sanitation, biosecurity, cultivation tasks, and compliance Support Integrated Pest Management practices as directed by management Maintain a clean facility by sweeping, mopping, removing plant waste, and sanitizing surfaces Accurately follow instructions from cultivation leads and management Comply with all state cannabis regulations, company policies, and workplace safety requirements Perform other cultivation and facility duties as assigned
Qualifications Required:
Must be 21 years of age or older Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must be able to work in a licensed cannabis facility Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday Must be available for a regular Saturday through Wednesday schedule Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures Ability to work on your feet for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Comfortable working in warm, humid, and physically active environments Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
Preferred:
Previous cannabis cultivation, nursery, agriculture, landscaping, or production experience Experience with pruning, defoliation, transplanting, harvesting, or plant maintenance Familiarity with commercial indoor cultivation environments Basic understanding of plant health, pests, and sanitation practices Schedule This is a full-time position with an expected schedule of Saturday through Wednesday. Weekend work is required, including both Saturday and Sunday . Typical days off are Thursday and Friday . Schedule may vary slightly based on harvests, production needs, and facility operations.
