You will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and timely collection of passionfruit, supporting farm operations, and assisting with equipment and crop management. Applicants are expected to be able to be on their feet and walking the entire work day, minus breaks. Expected to walk up to 3 miles per day. Duties Assist with the harvesting of passionfruit, ensuring fruits are picked at optimal ripeness and handled carefully to prevent damage Operate farm machinery such as UTVs safely and efficiently Support plant care activities including pruning, trellising, and pest management to promote healthy crop growth Handle heavy lifting tasks involved in transporting harvested fruit or moving supplies around the farm ~50lbs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including greenhouse or storage facilities Use hand tools and power tools safely for various farm maintenance activities Support irrigation setup and management to ensure crops receive adequate water supply Follow safety protocols diligently while operating heavy equipment or performing maintenance tasks Experience Prior experience in agricultural or farm settings is preferred but not mandatory Mechanical knowledge related to farm machinery, power tools, or equipment repair is highly desirable Hands-on experience with farming techniques such as irrigation systems, greenhouse work, or crop cultivation is advantageous This position offers an engaging environment where your physical energy and attention to detail will directly impact the success of our passionfruit harvest. Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
