Job Description
We are seeking motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our indoor cultivation team as Cannabis Technicians. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about cannabis cultivation, plant health, and working in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Assist with daily plant care including defoliation, transplanting, and harvesting Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of cultivation rooms and equipment Monitor plant health and report issues such as pests, mold, or nutrient deficiencies Follow all company SOPs and state compliance regulations Work collaboratively with the cultivation team to maintain production goals Qualifications Previous cultivation, agriculture, greenhouse, or horticulture experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in humid indoor environments Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required Must be 21+ and legally authorized to work Must be capable of passing a background check.
