Job Description

Canna Club LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our Marijuana Infused Products (MIPS) lab team. As an entry-level technician, you will assist in the preparation, manufacturing, and packaging of cannabis-infused products in compliance with all state and local regulations. This position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in cannabis manufacturing with a focus on sanitation, safety, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Preparation:
Assist with the accurate weighing, mixing, and processing of cannabis concentrates and ingredients according to established recipes.
Sanitation:
Maintain a clean and organized workspace by following strict sanitation protocols to ensure product safety and quality.
Compliance:
Adhere to all facility standard operating procedures (SOPs), specifically regarding product labeling, accurate documentation of delivery manifests, and inventory tracking.
Packaging:
Assist in the efficient packaging and labeling of finished products, ensuring all batches are correctly identified and serialized.
Team Support:
Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily manufacturing goals and report any equipment or process issues to the lead technician immediately.
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Strong attention to detail, especially regarding inventory and compliance logs. Willingness to learn and follow precise, safety-focused instructions. Prior experience in manufacturing, or a laboratory environment is a plus.
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
