Job Description

Who We Are We're a water-conservation-focused irrigation company serving Douglas County's residential and commercial clients. We're hiring one Irrigation Field Technician for the May-October season to work alongside our Lead Technician. Prior irrigation experience is a plus — but if you're mechanically inclined and coachable, we'll train you on everything else. What you'll do Perform system startups, mid-season checks, repairs, winterizations, new system installations, and efficiency upgrades. Work alongside the Lead Technician and deliver a System Evaluation Score (SES) — a documented walkthrough of system health — to homeowners at each visit. What we offer $21-$23/hr base pay Company tablet provided Direct Primary Care membership through Pinnacle Advanced Primary Care (this is a primary care membership, not traditional health insurance) Profit-sharing plan — eligible after your first full season $1,000 retention bonus paid the following May for returning technicians Clear growth path — as the business grows, so does the opportunity. Lead Technician is the natural next step for strong performers What we're looking for Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record Mechanically inclined — comfortable with tools and hands-on work Irrigation, landscape, or plumbing experience preferred, not required Comfortable interacting with homeowners in a professional, friendly way Coachable and process-oriented — you follow a system and improve within it Reliable, on time, and takes pride in the quality of your work Pay range: $21.00-$23.00/hr. Final rate determined by experience and qualifications.
Seasonal position:
