We are expanding into in-house manufacturing with the launch of a non-hazardous MIP inside our 6,000 sq ft licensed facility.
We are building a focused, high-quality product line with an emphasis on cartridges, pre-rolls, and solventless products. Position Summary This is a hands-on technical role supporting the launch of a new manufacturing lab.
You will work directly with ownership to assist in product development and production—specifically focused on cartridge formulation, oil handling, and production execution .Ownership leads all SOP development and operational structure. This role is responsible for bringing prior lab experience into execution, testing, and refinement . What You'll Do Assist in launching a non-hazardous MIP inside an active dispensary Support development and production of: Vape cartridges (distillate + terpene formulation) Pre-rolls (standard + infused) Execute test batches and production runs Assist with: Terpene blending Oil preparation and viscosity adjustments Hardware compatibility testing (ceramic carts, airflow, burn performance)
