Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Landscaper / Irrigation Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Fort Collins, CO. This residential irrigation role is ideal for a skilled trades professional who enjoys outdoor work, troubleshooting system issues, and delivering high-quality service to homeowners. The Irrigation Technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing residential irrigation systems while supporting efficient water management and strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential irrigation systems, including valves, manifolds, pumps, controllers, timers, pipes, and lines.
  • Locate, excavate, trench, and repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning irrigation equipment.
  • Install new residential irrigation systems, including layout planning, mapping, piping, controls, and system components.
  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, system testing, and adjustments to ensure proper valve and timer operation.
  • Test soil and vegetation conditions to determine appropriate irrigation needs and improve overall system performance.
  • Maintain professional client communication, complete work orders accurately, and assist with snow removal duties as needed. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay:
    $28 to $35 per hour, based on experience.
